I 整車電磁兼容測(cè)試 Vehicle EMC Test
擁有長(zhǎng)29m*寬20m*高11m的大型全進(jìn)口10米法電波暗室。整車級(jí)電波暗室轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)直徑與靜區(qū)均達(dá)到8m,可以滿足絕大部分車輛測(cè)試需求。最大可滿足長(zhǎng)12m*寬4m*高4.6m、重量達(dá)30T的被測(cè)物(EUT)。
GRGT’s EMC laboratory is provided with a completely imported large 10-meter anechoic chamber of 29m (length) x 20m (width) x 11m (height). The turntable of the vehicle class anechoic chamber has both the diameter and the distance from the anechoic zone of 8m, which meets the requirements of a majority of vehicle tests. The tested object (EUT) can be of the maximum of 12m (length) x 4m (width) x 4.6m (height) and the maximum weight up to 30T.

This equipment set features high-precision automation and excellent performance, with the test software featuring instrument interchangeability, script technology and unified template, and the system drivers compatible with the German R&S receiver, German BORN amplifier, American AGILENT signal source, American AR amplifier and other mainstream imported equipment, as well as compatible with the domestic equipment such as sensors.

With nearly 160 devices special for EMI and EMS tests, the EMC laboratory has the electromagnetic interference frequency range of 25 Hz – 50 GHz and an electromagnetic sensitivity of the EMS maximum field strength up to 200 V/m. Therefore it can easily meet the requirements of CISPR, IEC, ISO and other standards, as well as the major OEMs’ standards.

The GRGT vehicle road simulation test system is an integrated system mainly using domestic equipment. The system has high stability and high precision of test. The test equipment includes a Belgium LMS Scadas305 dynamic data acquisition front-end with 32 channels (24 channels for voltage/ICP input, 4 channels for stress and strain input and 2 channels for speed input and 2 channels for signal source output), a Belgium LMS Test.Lab 8B data acquisition analysis software package, an American PCB unidirectional acceleration sensor, a large-range unidirectional acceleration sensor, a tri-axial seat acceleration sensor, a domestic battery pulse speed sensor, a fuel tank and other equipment.
